Purchased a home under 3 years ago and have had nothing but problems since it t was at beginning of pandemic they didn’t have tech to come look at it so problems would take weeks if not months to resolve worst one has been the air unit problem since day one and still having issues has broken down over 7 times and all I get is that I didn’t purchase the extended warranty the stove broke down and they told me call manufacture so I did they said out of warranty because Clayton purchased it almost 2 years before house was delivered to me I’ve called Clayton home and I’m not even get calls back last time I called in march im still waiting for call visually house design looks nice quality is poor especially for a 100,000 double wide home I definitely regret the purchase
