This gym has declined significantly in the past 5 years. It’s filthy now and you have to walk across the entire gym just to find paper towels and spray to wipe down your equipment. Every time I ask management why there are inadequate sanitizing stations I’m met with excuses such as “oh the cleaning people aren’t here yet”. I also never see any employees (or cleaning crew, etc.) wiping down equipment. The tvs are never on for anyone who might want to watch the news or just have something to distract them while they work out. The number and frequency of classes has been essentially cut in half. I used to go to spin and boot camp 3-4 times a week at 6am, and now they only have one 6 am class offered per week. There is outdated equipment that no one uses and many of the machines are frequently out of commission. The interchangeable grips for machines are frayed and disgusting. There is absolutely no upkeep. For the past 2.5 years there have been no available towels. I understand if that was the case during the height of covid, but other NYSC’s now have towels available, why not this one? Finally, the pool is closed M-F 11:30-3:00. I’m not sure why we’re all paying $60 a month for such inadequate and disappointing facilities.

Once they got rid of Karen the gym finally returned to its normal, positive, and comfortable state. She was mean to members, lied to staff, and used language she shouldn’t have in the professional environment.

I feel so disappointed with this gym, its managment and its personal. I had to go to the location 2 times personally, and both times they told me to best call to solve my problem. I tried to solve the problem through the phone, and now they ask me to go in person. I cancelled my account with them in February, and until today I keep being charged $5 for a freeze account I never asked. I called on May and June to ask for cancellation and money refund, and they solved the problem. But now, I was charged again for the same reason. I just see they do not care about ny case, and do not take care of what people is being charged for. Neither call for verification or FU regarding "freeze" accounts. Do not recommend this location at all.

There is a gold membership that will allow you to access all sports clubs in New York. In some of the clubs there are people who speak Spanish and would be happy to help you.

Depends on your membership. If you have a "home gym only" than no. If you have a regional you can use all gyms nearby. Like all Westchester gyms
