Do not go to them to sell your car. Just one data point here - they offered me $20k for my 3-year old Lexus that had no issues and a KBB of $28k. Carmax bought from me for $27k, the entire transaction took an hour.

My lease ended. If this ever happens to you deal with the bank. They try to charge you for the vehicle to be certify. Technically you do not have to. Do your research is another tactic to make money. If you look at YouTube,"9 fees never pay a car dealership, tips on how to buy and negotiate" by Chevy dude.You will learn do much, you dont even have to buy a warranty with them. And is illegal to assume the finance rate based on inflation, that another tactic to rob you. If your reading this review do you research theres lots to learn how they make money out of you. I do not recommend them. After learning what they added fees, they are taking advantage of you,not knowing. Look at the end number. Meaning the final number for the price of the car and question each fee that is added on. You don't have to the warranty with them, you can buy it outside with better coverage. After learning I realize how dishonest sales people are, I wish theres a way just to deal directly with the manufacturer instead. Please beware.
