I needed to have 2 air conditioners repaired and was referred to Prisco's to perform the service. I worked with Julisa set up service for both units. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got the service that I was supposed to when the company I purchased the units from was giving me the runaround. Julisa helped me with the process from start to finish. It's great to know that customer service is alive and well and that there are still people ready and willing to help their customers. Hopefully, I won't have any more issues with my air conditioners, but the good news is I know who to call to get the job done if I do!
