Love Dr O who is separate from the vision center, but I went in today to have my frames adjusted as they are falling off my face, and asked a woman in the next room over how to Go about getting them readjusted, because I didn't see the Dr in there. She very rudely told me she can adjust them but I have to wait in turn and walked away, I then followed her out and told her I understood If there was a line and explained that I don't normally go to that side and I go to the Dr in the back, and she again ever so nicely stated WELL HES ON BREAK SO YOURE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT ... Me still trying to keep my cool, not knowing how long it was until he was back asked if I should do some shopping first and she said "OBVIOUSLY THATS UP TO YOU" I then told her she was very rude and found out her name was Julia. So whoever hired you Julia, needs to teach you a few things about customer service. If you are going to be a Grinch you probably shouldn't work with the public.
