Usually the people working in this VC are very kind. Today i spoke to a worker named Ginger who was very rude and snotty. Guess im switching to an online eye contact service if this is how they wanna treat customers.

Super rude and unhelpful when I tried to call and confirm an eye exam appointment I prepaid for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. I originally made the appointment for 10 AM, but they had called her and said 11:30 AM. I can understand not being able to provide information or confirmation for an appointment for someone else, BUT YOU CAN AT LEAST DO IT POLITELY!

After calling many places and not being able to get appointments until after the 1st of the year (our insurance runs out at end of year), we took a chance and called Wal-Mart vision and got 2 appointments back to back the next afternoon. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. We should have out glasses next week. Absolutely no complaints and highly recommend. And I got some shopping done (no complaints there either)

Yes. Wal-Mart Vision Centers can fill any valid prescription
Yes
Unfortunately Walmart VC is not able to contract with Pacific Source but in most cases you would be able to submit your receipts to Pacific Source for reimbursement. Wal-Mart VC will make copies of the information you would need to submit for reimbursement.
Medicare will cover the medical portion of an eye exam but the refraction would not be covered. In most cases your supplementary plan will have a routine vision benefit that will cover your refraction.
