Went in for an exam with Dr. Herring, for some odd reason they only checked 1 of my 2 eyes. Didnt catch this until today, I went in the eyemart and tried to correct this and now I need another eye exam and they feel I should pay for this to fix my glasses. I feel it was Herrings fault for the results he gave the eyemart and me and I shouldnt have to pay, already paid once. So Im out $400 and glasses that I cant use. The lady got kinda rude with me as I was trying to explain that I cant see with the new glasses and they are useless. I told her Im not paying for more lenses and a new exam because of their error. So I broke the frame and tossed in the trash bin outside. I know I see alot of positive reviews but I just cant leave one due to my experience today. Never again.

Yeah there's a eye doctor next door, its like 100 bucks for a prescription, no insurance. You get the prescription, they make your glasses fast, quick, in a jiffy

I recently had a set made they made the lenses incorrect 3 times and my eyes still feel like they're not right when I take them off they feel like they're pulling almost crossing 3 years ago I had a set made didn't have any problems my honest opinion is they are not 100% professional they have lower-income people working for them that come and go so they're not as professional as they should be the set three years ago took a couple of times to remake but they did get them right I go to kittler Ashe Center UNC because of cornea transplant I've got another schedule appointment when I go I'm going to get them the real professionals to check these lenses to match my eyes then I can kick back on Eyemart again
The one on Sunset I know is full service they do everything
Get your pair somewhere else. Glasses here aren't worth the money
