I don't understand how any Pastor could operate his personal life in such a manner. James Gailliard called me to inspect two properties for hail damage on his two homes in Rocky Mount. I spent 3 hours inspecting and doing a thorough assessment. He signed agreements with me for both properties and told me he would call me when his insurance adjuster was coming out. It has been a month, he has yet to return any of my calls or texts and has completely fell off the face of the earth. Any man of decent character, integrity, or man of faith, could at least pick up the phone and call me or text me and tell me he's not interested in a project or be truthful. He used me and obviously had intentions to never call me back. I can't believe a man like this is a Pastor/senator. Talking to a couple neighbors that know him, apparently this isn't the first time he's done someone wrong. I think people should know who the real James Gailliard is. He loves to portray himself as a God Fearing man, but carries himself in a completely different manner. Do not work with this man or trust him. He will screw you in a heartbeat.

I usually go every Tuesday night for the Bible study conducted by the pastor at the church. Every Tuesday night is enlightening and very educational.
