Arrived for vacation in Westerly from NY when I became concerned my 2014 Forester might not be roadworthy. At Valenti Chevrolet in mystic CT.
I second the advice to follow the recommended service interval. Also, check your oil consumption before that. My new Subaru used an extra quart of oil then once everything in the engine seated it was normal. My other Forrester was normal from day one.
Check their website. Should be up to date. If not give them a call they'll tell you what they have.
They are fair. They always tried to give me a good deal.
