Fantastic experience! I went to the North DeKalb Health Center this morning for my Monkey Pox vaccination. Everyone was professional and courteous. It went so smoothly. Very impressive!🙂

I went there for my child physical. They say you can make an appointment by calling , yet they never pick up the phone. So I went for a walk in. The security is in charge of letting the people to the front desk. I got there at 8:20 and waited hour and 30 min and decided to leave. The security let’s people in based on who got there first. But she just eyes the people and doesn’t actually have a system to how she lets people go in. So I had people come in 15 min before that were getting to go into the front desk while I waited over an hour. I told the security and she was upset saying that everyone is waiting. And if I didnt want to wait I should of made an appointment. There really needs to be better organization with how they do this. Waste of time.

I arrived there at 9:00 to get some vaccines and i had to wait for hours for them to call me..LITTERALY 6 HOURS AND THE WORKERS WORKED POORLY. i exited at 7pm, would you believe that
