Horrific customer service. Ordered something at another location…it somehow got transferred to pick up here. No one bothered to tell me or better yet ask me. I called to tell them to cancel it and they won’t. Associate hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager. They left me on hold for 30. Totally waste of time.

Staff is not very knowledgeable when asked about different products for sale. Staff is not very quick to provide customer service. Waited over 30 minutes to speak to someone but no one came to the aisle that they were called to.

Worst delivery and installation service ever. Left my stove 1 ft from wall said that was as close as they could get it. Install fee was refunded after I threatened to bring it back.

I don't know, the times that I have called I've received same experience with Home Depot, as well. I just go, when nearby. If it's something I need right away, I go to the store, you can get better assistance in person at any location of both stores.
