Worst delivery and installation service ever. Left my stove 1 ft from wall said that was as close as they could get it. Install fee was refunded after I threatened to bring it back.
Pre-COVID for their deliveries, Lowe's provided a Lowe's delivery contact phone number with the delivery order date documents transmitted to the customer. Maybe that has changed these days.
The customer service department is very slow and on their own time.
