I am a new customer, I had issues scheduling my first appointment. i found them on google, so I booked on google. Google did not request a deposit. I got an email saying i was booked then the next day i received one saying i was cancelled l. So i actually searched for the website because i am thinking that’s the only way to schedule, i also sent the salon a message asking why my appointment was cancelled. which is how i found out that a deposit was needed. it took some time before i got a reply. I also asked why i did not see flexi rods to book, i finally figured out how to add flexi rods but when i tried to book it was requesting a full payment of the entire hair style. The salon said they required $25, i sent another message asking of a way to pay and noticed the cash app name. So i quickly sent the $25 deposit via cash app but not before receiving a not so polite message about not booking until a cash app is paid. Smh i try so hard to give businesses a chance but this was unprofessional in my opinion. Why not take 2 minutes to see and understand what a potential customer is telling you instead of jumping straight to unpleasantries? also even after paying the deposit my appointment is still cancelled… smh… See chat below

I had an appointment scheduled with an email confirmation of day and time. I even had someone to call me to verify the appointment. When I arrived, the salon was closed. I did not receive any notice of a cancellation at all. I called the salon and left a voicemail regarding this issue and did not get a return call until 5 days later. This would have been my first visit and unfortunately I will not be rescheduling. I was leaving to go out of town in two days and this left me scrambling to find another salon to do my hair the next morning. If I could have given zero stars I would have because I got absolutely nothing from this very unprofessional establishment.

Yes we have a children's stylist available only on Fridays and Saturdays only.
