The lady that answers the phone in the photo department is rude!!! I called yesterday to to confirm my appointment and as a courtesy I called to cancel. She says oh yeah we've been trying to reach you in a snarky way!! She must've forgotten I called the day before! Needles to say I won't be visiting this location!!

It depends on what shipping options you chose. Usually within a week, but they will notify you when its ready for pickup.

Never use this photography center. I had an appointment and when I arrived the person I’m fromt of me was sitting there in the dark with her 3 kids waiting on the photographer to show up to work. the supervisor did nothing
