(One star only because Zero Stars was not an option!) My daughter resided there! After moving in, she was met with immediate racial slurs from her next door neighbor. She is a well connected professional amongst Hollywood and it’s vast entertainment business…the type of person that Trilith SAID they wanted to attract! She and my grandson experienced a modern day racist clown show! Black residents were not receiving equal opportunities…zilch…nada. They sprinkled a few tokens here and there…not a concerted effort to recruit the plethora of the areas educated black professionals available to them. Instead, the CEO of Town at Trilith they chose isn’t even experienced in the areas required and IT IS Apparent!!!! He handles nothing, unprofessional, dishonest and talks out of both sides of his mouth. “Unstable in all of his ways”…The things my daughter, grandson and many other black residents saw, heard, witnessed and suffered was shameful. Trilith is an embarrassment…

I thought this place was shaping up to be the Southern Area's crown jewel. Then I purchased a home here and stayed for four years. Leadership at the top doesn’t consist of any person of color. For four years their racism was veiled until my neighbor was called the n-word, people of color where treated differently than their white neighbors and there was no representation of black or brown vendors on the studio side. Nothing there is what the website claims. I can go on and on but there isn’t enough space on Googles review page.

I’m talking about the little market. Made just for 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑 people and everything is pricey! Everything so it was made for people that ‘can’ afford it. And seems like it was made for white and some black ppl someone else is observed as an alien. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 You don’t feel welcomed here.
