I create vendor lists for upcoming hair brands. So my business partner and I, decided to research and document our entire experience with TedHair. My biggest takeaway is the bundle hair is way better than the wigs. They only respect you if you spend tons of my money with them. The customer service is not so great in my opinion. Oh and be careful, they will mislead you by saying, this is the only 18 inch or we have it BUT only in this lace” basically forcing you to buy the wig they wish to sell. We both went in separately and purchased hair from them. When we confronted them they stopped responding. They told me one time they didn’t have something in stock and sold it to her not knowing we were business partners.

CHEAP WIGS! In other words, you get what you pay for! They do not practice good business!!! Anyone who says this hair is good…doesn’t know GOOD HAIR. Don’t believe me… ask them to take it out the pack right then and there… ruffle it, tug it, even Milky Way looks good IN THE PACK! So this store came highly recommended. My cousin said she bought wigs from them all the time. So I was like let me try em… FIRST the wigs are for ONE maybe TWO time use. IT SHED so bad! I told them about it… first the man tried to “lie” and say he was given me a discount (he was given me the promotional price I already saw online and knew I would HAVE to pay anyways). When I brought it to my reps attention (all the way in China) they said they would give me a discount for the bad hair they sold me. Not only did I not get a discount and show them in store the text message where the China rep explicitly stated I would get a discount but after demanding to see it they still didn’t honor it. Now you know I’m upset but I was respectfully upset. When I voiced my frustration as a FREQUENT CUSTOMER one man asked me to leave? No I’m sorry this is happening, no our apologies for the confusion, but legit wanted me to leave. After I spent MY HARD EARN MONEY and put my BRAND on the line fooling with them. I was so frustrated. I’ll go more into detail on my YouTube for those who want to hear. Im switching vendors ASAP! The communication and information is inconsistent. They lie like they’re giving discounts for BAD PRODUCTS OR SALES. Store reps are telling you “oh let me give you a discount” when it’s ALREADY A SALE GOING ON. It makes it hard to run a business when your vendor sells you bad hair…it’s a bad look on your BRAND. They honestly could careless, the man legit was deceptive by saying “lemme give you a discount” then when it was time for me to get one a little over a week later, he said “if it was up to me I would give you one”. So why lie? Doraville is not around the corner, gas is $5 and they lying about discounts for bad hair. They lied about correcting the problem about the shedding hair. If you see you sold somebody some bad hair just fix the problem … don’t act like they’re the problem for wanting too see a return on their investment. They do not value their customers YOU’RE just another girl buying a wig. So if it’s damaged they will put it on the reps in China and then play confused. They demanded to see the text, I provided it and they STILL made excuses. I spent money with them. if you low on funds and need a lil one two, I say shop with them. Just know the QUALITY is horrible but the price is CHEAP. We deserve better as black women, (seeing how we’re their target audience) b/c they don’t value us. We’re just money to them.

I bought the 3 lace wig package and the hair was nice and full and easy to pluck and install!Can take heat and not like this new hair that’s out that’s water resistant! I had planned to sell them but I literally kept them all!😍
