I have been a customer for over 1 year now and I love their items. However this time I received my packages and a few earrings are missing the stones. I contacted customer service and they informed me that they will send me the stones and I can glue it myself . I’m shocked because this isn’t good customer service. I expected much more ……

Stopped by today and was surprised by the wide variety of products. The workers were welcoming and personable. Seems to be a small family owned store. They were very helpful in answering questions I had. Witnessed another customer giving one of the ladies a hard time over inventory smh. Guess ppl still forget that there’s a pandemic and shortages in supplies are bound to happen. Support local mom and pop businesses. Let’s keep spreading love not hate✌🏽
