Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Don't know why they are open. Can't take back phones, then why can you sell them? Can't print shipping labels?! Lines out the door every time I go there. Don't even bother. Talked a old person into a phone she can't use then won't help her return it when she can't use it!!!!

The staff were efficient and friendly- we visited on a Monday just after a storm had damaged lots of customers existing kit. We are new customers and we're impressed at the no quibble exchange of damaged equipment! The tech guy arrived on time and installed our wifi.

What a disappointing experience! I was so excited to be switching over from CenturyLink Xfinity Internet. Xfinity's customer service is highly rated and dealing with CenturyLInk has always been a pain. Wow! Was I in for a surprise. The lady behind the counter was surly, disrespectful and rude. I knew the promotion from Xfinity for $30 Internet was only valid if you also got their mobile service so I expected to pay more. I was interested in 40 or 50 Mbps so that what I asked for. The lady behind the counter looked on her computer and informed me very matter-of-factly that 300Mbps would be $69. So I said I don't want 300 Mbps, I only need 40 or 50. I said "How much is 50Mbps and she said, it's the same price as 300. Then she said it would be $100 to have Internet installed at my house. The brochures all said "Free Installation" but Miss Personality said, not at my address, it would be $100. Based on Xfinity's overall customer service rating, I really expected a totally different experience. Now, after talking with some other folks, I found out that my experience was not unique. I went to this store because Xfinity's website was not working properly. At least not for my zip code. When I tried to apply online I got to the part where they tell you to choose your speed but there was nothing to choose from. What a truly disappointing experience! Unfortunately, for now, Xfinity is the only game in town but that will change.

In my experience, they do offer start/stop service for people staying in RV parks in their service area. You will have to call them for specific information about the duration of the service.
I would try to get hold of the person in the local office. if you have to go in person do it, sometimes it gets frustrating talking to someone from a different country with broken English.
In my experience as a customer, it did not. You may wish to call and ask them, or check online offers.
