I have asked for a waiver on my business Comcast, they rep promised to email the 30 waiver over a week ago. How do I get this in a timely manner???

I would try to get hold of the person in the local office. if you have to go in person do it, sometimes it gets frustrating talking to someone from a different country with broken English.
