I needed to do this 2 weeks ago. I want to say this location is by far the most professional U-Haul facility I have been too. They worked with me on faults that were beyond my control. I was also very friendly with them and respectful that they didn't charge me extra . I would recommend this U-Haul place over any rental place ever. Hands down you guys were the best. Keep up the great work. I drove this big thing up mountains and the truck never broke down. The trailer on the other hand I recommend the insurance on it because I needed roadside assistance just on the trailer. It was so easy to use Roadside through the application. If you need help, get the insurance. So worth it. A free peace of mind of no troubles also.

Apparently nobody knows how to answer a phone. I find it really hard to believe that our little mountain town U-haul is so slammed with phone calls that I have to sit on hold for an hour. Forget it. I'll take my business somewhere else.

My wife and I needed to rent a 26ft truck and car trailer. She booked a 26ft truck online but we got there they would only give us a 20ft one despite two 26 footers on-site. When we asked for one of the 26ft ones the manager said that those could only stay in the state of Arizona supposedly. Despite the excellent and most efficient movers help we hired to load the truck thru Uhaul they were not able to fit everything in the 20ft truck. We ended up having to give away a couple of recliners, both of our bikes, and both of our kayaks. All because they wanted to keep the 2 26ft trucks in Arizona. When my wife called UHaul to explore getting one of their UBox containers or get a trailer hitch installed on my Subaru Impreza to take the remaining stuff their customer no service person pretty much said nothing was available and didn’t even try to help.find a solution. Also the fact that their trucks lack fatigue reducing cruise control on any of their vehicles says a lot how they s don’t care about their customers well being and just how much they can fleece the customer. The lower price of using Uhaul versus a traditional moving company is not worth the stress that we have experienced so far. I will be making calls to the corporate offices to express my deep disgust with the horrible customer service and advise anyone who needs moving services to steer clear of Uhaul.
