The room had a immediate smell to it, as if it is too be a smoking room and then tried to cover it up, that never works. The jacuzzi was inoperable (out of service). Staff was very pleasant & helpful. Location is great. Close to everything.

We were in the area for a wedding(June 29-July5) and couldn't have had a better place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were all friendly and efficient. We especially enjoyed breakfast! Patrice did an excellent job and was friendly , polite and helpful! We missed her friendly greeting when she was off on our last day there!

The positive: Good location, clean room and good breakfast. On the negative side the beds are extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't even sleep on back because it was so uneven. The gentleman serving breakfast had an attitude problem. I understand he was working breakfast and front desk but the flat tone, rude demeanor and 1000 yard stare is not how you should present in this industry. Glad the rest of our trip is booked elsewhere. Several other options in the area.

Smelled like stale cigarettes. The complimentary bottled shampoos and conditioners bottles were filthy dirty. We were not impressed. Best Western in Show Low was much nicer.
