Have stayed here numerous times over the last year. They are under construction but generally got a decent and cleaned room, so a value. However, this time they had a male housekeeper who was scary, rude, condesending and invasive. I was told by a few he was fired from last job for very inappropriate behavior with women. That he was allowed to be so rude was unacceptable and scary. All were natives that clearly hate whites. I will not be back. There is a new owner who put this guy in? Weird and UNACCEPTABLE!

I called in 2 hours before to make sure my room was going to be ready and they made me wait another 30 minutes, the front desk was very rude and kept interrupting me and being snarky when I was trying to ask for help. The lights in the room wouldn't even turn on and the bathroom lights kept flickering and the little fridge that was provided didn't cool down my drinks very well. After checkout they took an extra 100 dollars for cleaning fees when there was little to no mess left behind. When I called in to talk about it, the same front desk woman again was sarcastic and rude. I did not feel welcome, but to anyone who had a good stay, good for you.

Walked into the lobby with one other person waiting. Front desk person came in from outside, was on the phone and said she would be back in within 5 minutes. While this was taking place, about 4 more customers came in. It was more than 5 minutes before she came back in. Once we got to our room,.there were specks of paint on the ground, floor hadn't been swept or mopped. Bed was not comfortable at all, it was more than firm,. pillows were not comfortable. Couldn't leave my window open because the screen was ripped. Now onto the shower, whoever put the faucet, handle and shower head back in after painting did not put it back properly, when you pulled the handle to turn the shower on, the faucet also moved. The shower made a high pitch noise. The shower curtain rod was not bolted back in place, so you couldn't close the shower curtain properly, so water got on the floor and toilet. No signs saying please excuse our mess while we renovate not when you check out did the front person ask how are stay was. Nothing on the website about services (breakfast, pool, fitness center, etc) being closed. You find this out when you walk in.

Undergoing renovation. No breakfast. No pool area. No workout area. Dirt, half finished rooms, lights not working in the room, toilet flushed but for how much longer? Got flaking varnish stuck to my hands using the table. Refrigerator worked, HVAC worked and beds were comfortable. Overbooked and chaotic, the night staff struggled to provide services.
