Best beds and sheets, so comfortable, quiet air conditioner. Breakfast was a grab and go bag thanks to covid, a muffin, bean n cheese burrito and granola bar, and coffee and juices were in lobby...no daily cleaning but asked for more towels and TP, Delivered promptly.

3 night stay. Dirty, our room smelled like wet dog. No breakfast like advertised. Staff acted like we were bothering them when we asked for clean towels. I could go on and on, but overall experience was very poor for a Comfort inn suites.

I enjoyed where this hotel was located. But not very clean. The toilet seat had a hair on it before we even used it, same with the towels. The couch had a-bunch of weird stains. Don’t wanna know where that was from. Bed was comfy tho.

Positive: The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable. My partner has vision issues so the well lit hallways assisted him in getting around. Negative: At the time of checkout, the front desk clerk was not present and a basket was left with a note, to leave room keys and a receipt would be emailed. I have not received a receipt as of yet. Just to make sure that no incidentals were charged to my card
