0 STARS - I had to give them one to post this but they get 0! This place is HORRIBLE! My first experience with them was bad, but I am always willing to give something a second chance. There will be no third chances, that is for sure. They never seem to have any reasonable priced phones available and they may tell you it only takes 1 day to get something from their warehouse but I am on day 5 now and nothing. Last time I had to wait over a week and this experience isn't shaping up to be any better. The associate, Brian, has about the laziest attitude when it comes to assisting customers I have ever dealt with. I explained the urgency of my situation to him and one other associate but neither one even tried to offer me help or alternative solutions. In fact, all they said was "yeah" then pursed their lips and averted their eyes to their phones.
