For what we paid per night I would expect better service and quality. Upon check in I was advised that the restaurants were closed. They did offer a 20.00 breakfast buffet which was no more than what you get for a free at a budget hotel. Upon entering our room we could see how outdated everything was. You could literally trip on the carpet due to being so old. Our refrigerator was filthy and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. I went to speak with the front desk but they ignored me. The vending machines on our floor were empty so if you wanted drinks you either had to go to the lounge or the casino. I would not recommend this place at all.

I was here as a Photographer for a wedding. The ceremony was planned to be outdoors but the gale-force winds (no exaggeration) prompted the staff to hurriedly pick up the WHOLE set-up and bring it indoors. It was quite the feat as there were a lot of guests attending. What happened to be unplanned turned out to be amazing. The views from the floor to ceiling windows (probably 40 feet high?) were beautiful with the sun peeking in behind them. This allowed the guests to enjoy the ceremony without loosing all of their belongings and getting messy hair from the wind. 5 stars for the staff for making a split decision and moving quickly on it! The reception area was unique because of the room's shape. It wasn't your typical ballroom style, it had 2 levels (not great for elderly) and beautiful views as well. The room was large and they accommodated a DJ, Buffet style food-service and table seating.

The view and location are great! Very close to downtown Prescott. Amazing outdoors area to sit and enjoy nice weather. The room space is nice but the beds are pretty bad, and the pillows are four mini pillows. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful but the woman at the coffee shop was definitely not.

BEWARE: I booked a room through United Airlines. Fine print I missed was "NON-REFUNDABLE". I paid $202 for a room that's advertised at $137. The reservation was made at 4:30am PST called the Front Desk at 6:30am PST when I was seeing things might not work out for this night. Was told NO CREDIT AND NO REFUND! When United called they were told the hotel was sold out, however they are still advertising rooms available at 8:15PM for $158.00 in addition to other travel sites. My visit was to see my father who's terminally ill at Dignity Health Hospital. The money won't hurt me in the long run, it's the greed that's shameful. A simple credit for the next night could have resolved this issue. Make a person wonder what else isn't right with staying at this facility.

I don't know the best way to get an answer that question is to actually call the resort
Smoking allowed anywhere in the casino
Brunch would be a good idea over lunch menu.
Thru the main hotel entrance, at the roundabout. Then the first hallway to the left. Have fun!
