I’ve been a customer with Verizon for ten years. I recently started working for the state and am eligible for a 19 percent discount. It’s been a fight tooth and nail. The emails sent to my work email were invalid upon arrival every time. No biggie- I called customer service. Sat on hold for two hours to finally get that straightened out…. JUST KIDDING. It apparently takes two billing cycles. Called again to ask two months later why it won’t apply- Every agent sees it there. They’re “Working on resolving my issue/ they don’t understand why”…. Well that was two months ago again…. Called today it’s finally showing up and they don’t understand why it won’t apply. Sat on hold for another hour and a half so far and I’m still on hold. Just to be told by billing they cannot apply my discount. And when I ask to speak to the manager they apparently don’t have one. Which as a corporate company with thousands of employees doesn’t make any sense I guess I’m going to have to switch over to a new carrier AT&T works fine in my area thankfully…. Which is fine. The 5G in my area that’s supposed to be so fast is literally a DEAD zone. I can’t use my phones internet unless it’s LTE. It’s sad what’s become of what used to be the best phone carrier. It’s sad I’ve used them for everything…. My watch and phone and iPad as I NEED this for work. Don’t be taken advantage of by these big corporations. Do not feel loyalty. They will take advantage of you and your kindness.

First does it have a clean MEID?Does your phone have LTE capability? Or has it been used on one of its MVNOs, like straight talk or Xfinity? If you can say yes to 1 and 2 or 1 and 3 then yes theres a very good chance it will. Better yet call their customer service and ask them....have the model and meid ready to give them. Hope this helps. If you are switching then go in and let them take you thru the process of what to do about switching.
You will need POA for much more going forward might as well get it now
They require you to wear a mask.. They have you wait outside till someone is through. Protective barriers at stations and payment machine. All workers had masks and they sanitized after each person left a station. Good common sense practices.
You can pay at Verizon kiosk in Lady Lake corporate Verizon across street from police station on 441. "Next to Ulta" be prepared to wait up until 2hrs in your car until they let you in on your turn. Honestly better to get Verizon app and pay on line

If it has been disconnected due to no use you may have to get new numbers. You cannot connect his phone without him, however anyone can do prepaid and give phone to someone else. Prepaid means pay as you go.
Press option 3, then option 3 again at the next prompt. That will connect you with a representative at the store.
Correction: It is a trade credit through paypal not a reimbursement. My technical backend issues were well investigated and somehow because Verizon links accounts by SS # I still come up attached to my ex and we even got him on the phone to help. Example he uses Netflix and I don't but it kept prompting me for password yet it was not even on my phone. Also his data use was affecting mine and tested with my data off for 2 wks. And no we don't live in the same state.
Can the Verizon store do a printout of existing phone numbers on an iPHone w Verizon service on it?
Yes call the store and they can set an appointment for you.
Go to settings, your app manager, find app and remove it.
