Walk in. The staff there is very accommodating there
You can walk in anytime and a request representative with knowledge of your device to help you. Don't be surprised if there are limited resources for help at the store. Give yourself plenty of time as you may have to be patient and wait a little bit.
Did you buy it from verizon? If so, a cooperate location will most definitely help. Some locations have weekend classes in a group setting
You can probably walk in and they will let you know if they can help
