Your best bet is to dial 611.. that will take you to Verizon technical support... They are able to see what is happening and help fix it... Probably something really easy..

Most likely an app is crashing it, if not a battery issue. Delete recently added apps. Or look at usages all the apps are using and determine if one is using way too many resources.

Turning off? Chrome is an internet browser. It is always on. Do you mean it is signing you off?
