It sucks. The staff really aren't that helpful, they feel that throwing you out is a threat. Access itself sucks and isn't very helpful.

Ask around and you can get an honest answer about this place. Wont publicly post my real feelings about this shelter or access in general. All I will say here is I dont have anything nice to say.

Compared to the homeless shelters in Worcester and other places, this is quite nice, they offer food, they let you stay during the day, the people I was around were quite friendly and not nosy at all. Worst thing you might encounter is a junkie or a dirty shower.

U have to call 211 and then the Access Agency
First you would need to call 211 and answer a few questions (intake) then someone would call you back within 24 hours and do another intake then you can be added to the wait list. It would depend on your situation. If you do not have your documents that does not prevent you from getting in.
