At one time this was a nice place to get a good bagel , sandwich, wrap etc . The place you put on your list going to and from WB. Do not waste your time or money here. Received some “mystery hash brown” that was a total joke. How do you screw up a decent hash brown? Breakfast sandwiches were terrible . Both everything bagel and a wrap . The coffee was terrible and the milk dispensers were gross. Nobody smiling and don’t ask anyone any questions you will bother them. Just place your order pay ridiculous amount for junk food and step aside. $28,50 for bagel sandwich , wrap 2 mystery hash Browns and 2 coffee. We sat down and were afraid to touch anything it was dirty. Nobody in the placing making any effort to wipe tables keep it tidy . If that works for you you’ll love it. You have been warned. Btw … I love small businesses and know restaurants are challenged but this owner is bending his customers over for the cost to quality . I wish I was giving a hardworking small business a 5 star instead of this negative review.

They refused to release a door dash order to the dasher. Terrible policy, doordash should be notified of this policy that dashers need to have a bag so that they won’t send new dashers to this location. But because of negligence on their part the doordash drivers are penalized and could possibly loose their jobs if this isn’t corrected.

Wow!!!! What an incredible bagel! The wife and I chose this place on the first day of our trip to Wilmington and have come back every morning since. The Jalapeño Business is one of the best breakfast sandwiches/bagel I’ve ever had! I’ve never had jalapeño on a breakfast sandwich but now I’m not sure I can go back. I recommend getting it on their everything bagel. As others mentioned, the seasoning is all over both sides of the bagel and it is GLORIOUS! Their pimento cheese, chorizo, red onion, and egg are all so tasty!!! Their others bagels are great too, I also recommend the original bagel with strawberry cream cheese. And their iced lattes are solid! I am a huge fan of this place! Don’t miss out!! — Adam from Appetite & Adventure
