I love PB but the customer service in the Wilmington, NC store is terrible. No other customers in the store and can’t get anyone to help. Associate’s standing around and talking. I put everything back I was going to purchase and walked out.

Store was great but not so much on delivery. I have been waiting for 6 dining room chairs for 8 months. Finally delivered 4 but now I have to wait for the other 2 for 6 more months. They are paid for but never received. You can’t make 6 chairs alike at one time. By the time I receive them, if I do, it will be 14 months since they were ordered

Every time my husband and I go to this store, the associates are rude. They aren't accommodating or even just plain nice at all. I'm not sure if it's because we aren't dressed like we belong in a Pottery Barn or what, but it's without fail. We've been to the Southpoint Mall location in Raleigh and the Market Commons location in Myrtle beach and it's a completely different experience. This location also has a big mice problem as there are droppings all over the place. The only reason I even go to this location is so I can see larger items before I purchase online since it's expensive to ship.

Very Good: After I had ordered a bunch of items from an associate in the store but instead incorrect items sent to my house, I brought it back to the store for problem-solving. Calvin Who is one of the managers was able to straighten it out he did take an interest in the situation and didn’t get very good service the store is very clean and nice and a lot of great items. I was very pleased to walk out with the items I needed without having them to be re-ordered because they found them in their stock room. Can’t give a 5 because I had to make an extra visit to store.
