Bill - Thanks for the great service on 3 last very recent purchases with you. We really appreciate both you and the quality of the Flexsteel Furniture pieces. You delivered everything in about 6 weeks and kept us in the loop. Over the last 6-7 years (even pre-pandemic), we ordered and purchased two beautiful electric memory foam Flexsteel couches from furniture dealers in Southern Maryland as well as Winchester Virginia. These models that are made in U.S., took about 7-8 months to get and they have held up wonderfully. Now with these last 2 flex-steel couches and one other piece of hard furniture, you all delivered everything in about 6 weeks. Thanks so Much. That's why we decided to purchase the full size couch along with the love-seat and then move on of the older flex-steel couches upstairs into the bonus room. We absolutely love all of the them and really appreciate you all.

We purchased a sofa from Rose Brothers in Wilmington, NC and we are so pleased !! The General Manager , William Shugart assisted with the delivery. WOW ! One delivery employee short and the boss shows up to deliver ! On Time as Promised when we made the purchase. Thank you to Rose Brothers !!!

Waited a year i to get our couch and pillows and when they got delivered they sent us the wrong pillows . I called and asked for the manager and was told he would not speak to me that I could only speak to the sales manager. I explained to the sales manager they sent us the wrong pillows and she stated that my wife and I did not know what pillows we ordered that she was the one that knew what we ordered and that I was stuck with the wrong pillows. I sent the general manager an email telling him of the situation and it's been over a month and he has yet to contact me. Too bad I can't give 0 stars.
