I'm leaving 3 starts because I was charged $40.00 to pick up a chair I just paid $1,900. For. I live in Midway park NC and it's just outside their delivery area, I have no problem going to Wilmington NC where I purchased the chair to pick it up but to charge me a $40.00 fee is just plan Greedy and unnecessary. Other than that the service at the Wilmington store was awesome the young lady that we worked with was very knowledgeable very helpful she wasn't pushy we told her when we were ready we would talk to her we were free to walk around and look at their merchandise without being bothered. My wife and myself didn't feel like we were being mugged absolutely a wonderful experience, don't know if I would buy from them again considering being charged $40 to pick up.

After going to other stores and not finding enough options or items in our price point we came to Lazy Boy. Lots of options at different price points. Pat was very helpful and we are pleased with our experience at this location.

Allyson Burgess was quite helpful when we were shopping for two recliners. She explained the benefits of each chair that we tested. She also thoroughly explained the protection plan and the delivery process. The store was busy, but we didn’t feel rushed into a hasty decision.
