I have not been here yet as im new to the area but there are equally good and bad reviews. If I do end up coming to this one since its the closest to my home... Then I hope they treat me well. I will update later how that goes.

I hate doing bad reviews but after months of trying to become an established patient I want to bring some awareness. I haven't been able to get into contact with anyone to make an appointment. It's impossible to reach someone on the new patient line. Phone line keeps disconnecting. Once i did reach someone we was playing phone tag... why can't the receptionist book appointments when new patients call? They told me to wait for a call back for someone else. Ended up playing phone tag. Already don't look good...I think I'm better off looking for a private practice doctor. I never seen such a practice that was so dysfunctional.

Dr. Chase has been amazing! She has made my transition from Ohio to North Carolina so much easier. She always answers my questions promptly and makes me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor.

Dr. McLeod and his team (Angel and Denise) are absolutely amazing and always make me feel heard and comfortable. They are great with getting back to you quickly and efficiently!
