The front desk to the stylist to the end result is a wonderful experience. Ashley at the front desk was so welcoming and Madison is an amazing stylist that I’ve been to for years and does a fantastic job and makes me feel pretty every time! Five star facility for sure

Although Hannah was kind, the quality of service did not meet expectation or accurate execution. I was very unsatisfied but still gave the young lady a tip even though I did not feel comfortable paying for the service due to the results. I was excited to get the brow henna service and wish it would have came out better. The brows were shaped uneven ( even though she waxed and plucked them) and the henna was not as visible as I'd like. I guess thanks for trying 🙃

Every time I visit I Am Salon and Day Spa I feel like a VIP. The front desk staff is very friendly and everyone working there is not only knowledgeable in their craft, but eager to help you when you don't exactly know what you want.
