Mayfaire is nice but after some of the restaurants left they have never been filled, for years! There are a lot of options they could go with. I'm not sure if management is having trouble filling the spots or being too greedy with long-term leases but the populace here would appreciate more options and having these dead spaces filled

We’ve been to Carolina Beach before and this year decided to check out Independence Mall. We really liked it and ended up at Mayfaire shortly after leaving Independence Mall to go the theatre. Mayfaire is BEAUTIFUL! I love that everything is outdoors and the shop selections were wonderful. The only thing missing is an AERIE store since theirs already an American Eagle store at Independence. We cannot wait to come back!

I love shopping at Mayfaire. There are many good stores (clothing, books, furniture, etc.), restaurants, and even a movie theatre. My favorite place there is Drift Coffee Shop & Kitchen, which offers an excellent selection of café style drinks and light food items. They also typically have some amazing gluten free items, which is always a good find.
