My husband and I stopped in to ask for help getting an issue with an old bike evaluated. Caleb (sp?) was more than happy to help us. He was incredibly nice and even spent time showing us a few new bikes. He also took two outside for my husband to test ride. He never pressured us to buy anything. Both gentlemen working at this shop were incredibly nice. We are very likely to return soon to purchase new bikes. You will have a good experience here. Would definitely recommend!!! #nicehumans

Bike cycles is in my opinion the best bike shop in Wilmington, and the best specialized dealer in north and South Carolina. I came from Charleston to buy a bike from them. The staff is very knowledgeable and everyone I dealt with was kind and excellent service! I love this place!

I bought a tire tube here last week for my daughters bike. I could not get the tire to sit correctly on the rim during install. After an hour messing around with it, I walked into Bike Cycles and they had it fixed in 2 minutes. Thanks for the great service Zack and Jackson!

They sell Specialized brand and Felt brand bicycles. They however only keep Specialized in store for trial before buying.
