The location by Kohls is tricky to get into, service friendliness varies at this location and the indoor seating is strange. The new tip options are awkward between staff and customer.

I go here every single morning before work in order the same thing every day. It’s always delicious and I love it. The downside is that the drive-through always takes forever and when you get to the window it’s a complete turn off because they hand you the credit card machine to pay instead of just taking your card. And they tell you to answer the question which is if you want to tip or not. It’s almost kind of annoying having to take the credit card machine into your car and it made it so that every time I go I pay by App now Because it makes you feel pressured to put a tip in there

Fresh coffee, friendly faces and wonderful atmosphere. Every single barista at this location is an absolute star and they're what makes Port City Java special. The genuinely great coffee is an added bonus at this point. We stan 100%.

Dropped in for some iced coffee and a smoothie. The iced coffee was half full of ice when finished. The smoothie was made with unripened mango bits.
