Good coffee but frustrating service. Essentially asked for tip in assuming I should give one for counter service then proceeded tell me no worries but always appreciated... Then gave me wrong size coffee and dashed away snapping back behind the sliding window immediately as i was mid sentence asking if it was the right size - it wasn't and so I drove on. Won't go to this one again.

No drive thru should take a long as the Masonboro pcj takes. Literally no one in the parking lot but it still takes 15 minutes for an order... and than I get coughed on by the employee! Get it together!

Conveniently located behind my house. Have been a patron since they open, two to three times a week we give them business. Here lately they botch every order. I keep giving them chances, because they are friendly and a nice place, just wish they could get the order right. Order is correct the on receipt , but then they always leave something off. Edit: knocked down to 1 star. So convenient, yet they continue to mess the orders up. Black coffee gets cream, half the items on sandwiches. This is my family’s last time coming here. Going to give the Port City Java in Monkey Junction a shot. Stinks to drive about 5 miles out of the way, but no more of our business here. All over employees just not caring enough to make the items as the receipt is printed. This review comes after many fails from this location.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that they get my order wrong 5/6 times. It's just one bagel with two toppings. Update: the order is just never right anymore. Not ever. I just ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and I kid you not, there was about one teaspoon of creame cheese on it.

Our response to the effects of COVID-19 continue to evolve. We are following all CDC recommendations, including: frequent handwashing and sanitization of surface areas, encouraging contactless payment methods through the PCJ app and Order Ahead, barista check-in procedures at the beginning of each shift including symptom questionnaires and temperature checks, and requiring face coverings for all staff members and guests. Our first priority remains the safety and health of our staff, guests, and vendors. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue serving our community!
