I found this hotel by chance. The staff is polite and friendly. The rooms are roomy and quiet. I stayed in a room that window opens out to the interior courtyard. Probably better than a parking lot view. No breakfast service. If you want to be close to downtown this is the place.

We were offered 2 towels, I had to go to Walmart and purchase additional towels or go without. I would not recommend paying $150 for a room anywhere that does not offer towels. I have called and left messages for the general manager and they have not returned my call. The staff at the desk offered hand towels because they thought this was funny. Stay anywhere else, this place is not worth it.

We were early, but the staff was so accommodating as we waited. Great family time. Thanks to our waitress. She was perfect, letting us have ice tea & serving ourselves until the restaurant opened. Took our orders, so we be first served. I'd go here again

When you enter the Comstock Inn it looks like a beautiful place from the Front Desk and Lobby then you get to your room initially our room looked clean until we found dirty tissues between the bed and wall which how they changed the bedding without noticing these tissues are beyond me then while seeing the tissues we looked at the table between the 2 beds and there was a thick layer of dust and an empty water bottle and some other garbage behind that table which was east to move out to clean behind the bathroom floor under the sink looked like it hadn't been swept. We called the front desk they moved us to another room although no tissues behind the bed the table between beds had a thick layer of dust and a red straw behind it indicating it had not been pulled out and cleaned behind for awhile. Our picture in our new room had something smeared on it. How long does it take to clean a picture? I didn't intentionally go in to find things wrong but after finding the nasty tissues and layers of dust we did do a little inspection of our new room. I had a lady from the cleaning crew apologize and say it was because they were busy this weekend February 19, 2022. I don't care how busy you are I shouldn't find dirty tissues tucked between the bed and wall. I'm from the Owosso area and have moved. I know the Hotel is not always busy so there absolutely should not be a thick layer of dust and garbage behind and easily moveable table. We like to stay local when in town but unfortunately we won't be staying here anymore. The front desk help was friendly. The pool area was ok. No am breakfast of any kind. Not worth the $100 plus a night. One email to the General Manager and 2 phone calls none of them were replied to. So disappointing!!
