10:16pm literally just came for drinks, watered down not made correctly. Staff doesn’t check on you and make sure your okay. Been all set for 10 minutes now but waitress never returned to even check! It’s Thursday you close at 12:30am please do better!!!

Foods good. New workers are good. But the place still needs some fixing.

Immediately walking through the door the place feels so depressed and gloomy. Staff looks washed up and sad. I saw them in the middle of the restaurant face planted into their cell phones. The food is worst than high school cafeteria food. TGI Fridays is the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, no exaggeration.

Food was good but the service the worst, our server took our order and never came back since the food runner was the one whom dropped the food, after we finished eat we have to ask other people to find our server that way we can pay. Ridiculous

I was there today , and it will be my last time there . The floors ,menus and walls of the Friday’s in Dedham are dirty and the service is BAD.
