Had issues with the tiny coffee maker room. Room was small, bathroom very small and looked like it could use updating. Wasn’t impressed with breakfast options.

Here for business. The bed was way too soft. Customer service told me to stay at another hotel.

Small rooms but nice. They didn't have the YouTube or Netflix channels like the other Marriott chains either. Why aren't there ever any reclining chairs? That would be an upgrade!

Positive: Location Negative: My key being handed to people without my notice. All they had to say was they were my friends. Kinda scary

Consumer beware!!! Fairfeild inn/ dedham will charge u for extra days after you hav checked out, and then the girl with the cropped haircut will refuse to transfer ur call to a manager/ refuses to tell you who is the owner..watch ur accounts!!! FRAUD
