That is something that they repair. If it's a screen its $109.99 plus tax and it takes about 2-3 hours. If it is a backlight you would have to go in to get a price and a quote time.

If you need to order a phone battery, is there a professional source this store orders it from or is it just someplace like amazon? How much does replacing a phone battery cost?

Genius on Saginaw in Lansing is a great place to start and can tell you if it's the battery or something different, he will be a great help.

I have a Driod Maxx 2 phone that needs its battery replaced. There's a kind of 'antenna' on the back that's orange and needs to be removed with a heat gun (according to Wikihow) and put it on the new battery. Does this place offer that service?
