I would give no star if I could. I'm surprise with the 3.1 stars for this facility (should be -1). I left my envelope stamped in the hands of the USPS clerk in my city. No problem at all. Went to Detroit Distribution Center, no problem at all. Arrived to Lansing Distribution Center, no problem at all. When arrived at this facility some one decided that it was not a package because it's not unflexable enough. It was just deliver once it was there but they returned it to me after more than two weeks and my tax forms now are delayed. A Robot would be more sensible and smart (since the cost to return doesn't worth). Maybe there are no carriers enough to make the service so it's easy get rid of some envelopes or packages. Such a great service. Next time it will be UPS or FEDEX.

Would give zero if I could. Thanks for delivering my package to the wrong address for the FOURTH TIME!!!! Unbelievably unreliable and then they make you clean up the mess THEY made.

Suggestion would be to advertise you can get stamps and mail services 24-7 at the kiosk I had to dig to find that out. Also put on the Christmas stamp sign on that kiosk that those are the stamps you get. I wanted those stamps but the …
