Would give zero stars, if possible. Lived there for 3 years, never missed a payment. It was rough when we moved in, then Morgan Properties out of Pennsylvania took over and it got worse. They don't have enough dumpsters, so garbage is constantly strewn all over the grounds and blowing in the wind. The office staff is dismissive at best, and at downright rude at worst. The maintenance team is good, but the turnover rate is so bad you never see the same guy twice. The pool closed for repair the first year we lived here, and hasn't been open since. Shingles regularly fall from the roof, there are giant holes in the driveways. OH, and they decided not to renew our lease so they could raise the rent by more than 50%. Professional slumlords.

Visited this property recently to look for a townhouse to rent, there's some beautiful units up front but quite a few of them have foundation damage causing significant leaks in the basements, the property management says that it's a quick fix but anybody that's ever prepared foundation before knows that it's a long process. Definitely look at some of the other alternatives in the area before choosing

Briarcliffe does not have any 3 bedroom apartments. Also, I would avoid staying there. If your roof or basement start leaking, there is a very good chance that it will not get fixed.
