I live in Brookfield which is close to new Milford so I went to Robertson‘s jewelers at 2 Bank St. in new Milford Connecticut to have some links removed from a Seikowatch. Robertsons is having a 50% off sale on Seiko watches and they also carry what they call “ Lab produced“ diamonds. I’m not talking about cubic zirconia. Robertsons told me that lab produced diamonds have exactly the same chemical composition optical characteristics and hardness as conventionally mined diamonds. So perhaps if you’re in the area you want to stop by and take a look at what a lab produced diamond looks like and you can compare it to the conventionally mined diamonds in their store . Anyway, they quickly properly adjusted the links on my Seiko watch for proper fit and charged me only $20. If the watch had been purchased from them they would be no charge for the sizing adjustment. Their service was quick, friendly and efficient. I can recommend them and if I need any other jewelry or watches or watch repair, I will be sure to check with them first

I told Brad what my budget was and what style I wanted and when I walked in the door, he already had some samples of diamonds and settings ready for me to look at. He took the time to explain to me what I should be looking for in a diamond and we mixed and matched the diamonds and the settings until I found the perfect combination. Unbelievable service and quality of the employees and jewelry. Why settle for a large commercial branch at the mall and settle for “jewelers” who really don’t know the trade. This place is extremely accommodating and they can offer everything and anything you are looking for. They are extremely knowledgeable and can easily accommodate any budget you may have. It’s about time I found a store who are master of there trade and treat people as a fellow human being and not just another number. Way to go Robertson’s. I will certainly be coming back.
