Nearly 3 years into this pandemic they haven't figured out how to separate covid patients from everyone else. Remember, "first do no harm"? I was checking in for a groin issue and they said there were a bunch of covid patients being treated and they can't guarantee I won't get a room that didn't just have an infected person coughing all over it. How are people with immune deficiencies or the elderly supposed to get urgent treatment for non-covid issues there without the risk of contracting covid and DYING? Staff manager rude and will not consider reasonable ideas like allowing an immune deficient person to wait in the parking lot and call my cell when it's my turn. I have an eldery family member who went to a (different) hospital for restless leg syndrome, got covid and DIED. So yes, it does happen! Please take this seriously and give the elderly and immune deficient more options for non-covid urgent treatment.

As of 6/27/2021, the rating for this facility is 1.9 stars; and even motel 6 has a better rating than this. I could see the reason behind this after spending the first 15 minutes in this hospital. All I got is a very bad experience in my life. Don't come here unless dying for no reason doesn't bother you a bit. There is no leafog or CMS ratings. Wondering the reason why? Is this a CMS' 5 stars rating? If no, you should go where you will live for another day. Do you know what I mean?

I came here for my externship and the staff here at the clinical laboratory is PHENOMENAL! I was referred here by ProMed and Allah has went above and beyond to show how capable she is being a manager. She's straightforward and strict when it comes to safety policy and patient services. Even if she takes on students many times, she has never given me the vibe of feeling dull. She was still zealous in teaching and asking necessary questions and making sure I felt comfortable during my shadowing. Also big shout outs to Ritta, Rean, Irene, Carl, Ida, and Maria. Thanks morning team!

Very disappointing. I went in thru urgent care in the evening with dangerously low hemoglobin . I spent the first night in a rooms you two others and no full curtain for privacy . Both people in the room with me were junkies having withdrawal symptoms . Even though there was only two other patients in the room I kept hearing myself referred to as “the patient in bed 2”instead of my name . From the time I got there to the next morning I was mistakenly not given any food or allowed water . By morning I was so thirsty I was tempted to drink out of the tap and let the nurses coming in after shift change know this and they apologized and finally allow me water but said that their pantry was empty so no breakfast would be given to me . I was later transferred upstairs and was told that I would be given the two units of blood I needed to stabilize me . Around 12 hours later I was finally given blood but only one unit and told they were getting the next one from the blood bank . The following day after waiting for the blood for almost 48 hours I was told that because I was given the first unit of blood that I would no longer be getting the second because my blood had gone up a tiny bit and I was no longer critical although not stable enough to walk without nearly fainting . And that the blood ordered for me likely went to someone else who was still critical. I was given a ton of excuses as to why this was ok and I requested an advocate multiple times and was told that there was not one available . The case manager came upstairs to talk to me and it seemed like he was just checking their liability as opposed to actually listening to my concerns about my care or trying to help. The nurses were very kind and did everything within their means to make me comfortable but unfortunately no amount of kindness take away from the fact that I was there 3 days for a transfusion that only takes a few hours and left without even getting the blood I was told I would be getting to stabilize me . Imagine going to the hospital staying for a few days waiting and then finding out you were lied to by people you trusted with your medical care .. and when I was finally given a meal I was warned by multiple staff that I should just order something instead from a local restaurant because it was literally unidentifiable. Overall disappointing and my hemoglobin is still very low. This place plays with peoples health and focuses on money and covering their own behinds

I visited this hospital, looks very clean and the asistentes were very friendly, the same the security and the rest of the team. the person that l visited, was in a very good hands.
No, just an urgent care. Go to Hollywood Pres or Kaiser for ER services :)
Great hospital. The Nurses are great, they assist you quick. Great job.
Visit the Careers section on the website.
There is a grass area in front so far that's all I know
Yes, I am a vendor and go there frequently in every department. The staff are friendly and caring for many years served. You will feel a sense of community as Hollywood is special place with an array of activities and people.
Typically visitor hours end at 8 p.m. However, the charge nurse can make exceptions if it's not disruptive to other patients.
I would not advise staying overnight at this hospital.
