I’ve been to several facilities asking for help for my Alcoholism. CleanSlate was the first place that listened to my needs and took immediate action. I felt more encouraged to stop drinking. Honestly I walked out of there with a plan and actually felt I accomplished something and CleanSlate was there to help.

I posted another review on here however I want to take that back but sadly can’t delete it. I went here for a while and sadly was forced to leave after their billing office failed to do their jobs effectively, by billing my insurance correctly as well as failing to notify me when they saw discrepancies in my insurance information/payment. I’d like to differentiate The staff at this specific location rather than lumping them with the “folks at corporate” to whom this review is about. All the staff at this location are amazing and went above and beyond what I could’ve hoped for in helping me through my unique situation. That being said I would caution anyone going here to watch out for these ppl as they truly don’t care about “us as patients” but rather their bottom line. I was forced to choose between my healthcare and the the cost of my care- while being roadblocked at every turn when trying to correct and to a fair degree discover what issues needed to be fixed before moving forward. I have reported the folks over at corporate to the insurance commissioner and the state health dept because i feel that my rights we’re definitely infringed upon. This may have been an isolated issue, and as I said the folks working at this specific clinic are good ppl, this is just the corporate office however Incase it’s not I’d rather have this out here so that other ppl are aware of the possibility.
