Awful customer service. We came in yesterday because my boyfriend, who plays college golf needed a new set of irons and needed some help from the staff. They were incredibly rude to us and didn’t seem like they wanted to do their job. They recommended one set of irons that was basically a starter set, when like I said, he is a college golfer. I went and looked in the women’s section and they had a very limited inventory. I was also disappointed with the staffs lack of golf knowledge in general. They lost a sale of 1,000 dollars because we were so disgusted with their service. We recommend Mike’s Golf Outlet right down the street. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. Their selection is way better for a fraction of the price. And they actually had a women’s section that was plentiful as well. Please save your money and your time and make the 1 minute drive down the street.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank the fellow Veteran that works in the repair shop. I didn’t get his name but he’s the Army veteran there. He was extremely kind to my son and I and helped me find the perfect shaft and grip for my driver that I broke. I believe he went above and beyond in his customer service and should receive some type of kudos. I’d also like to mention the two girls at the counter. They said hi to both my son and I as well. When we were checking out after leaving the repair area, they said hi to a customer that was coming in that was extremely rude to them. They both handled the situation with class and respect. I made it a point to tell them how well they dealt with that because I was upset for them. This is my 2nd time there and I will continue to come back because of those 3 people. - the man with all the tattoos
