Horrible experience at this store today, 8/28/2022. Three staff members were present when I returned the truck I rented. They were unprofessional and lack proper customer service skills. I will not go back to this store, in fact this experience has turned me off completely from ever entering another UHAUL facility. The staff at this location needs to be trained and taught how to be respectful and helpful to customers!

This is the best Uhaul service I’ve had while trying to attach a hitch to my little Chevy Impala. I had originally set up an appointment with the Columbia CT location and they had me wait 3 hours for nothing as they over reserved 4 people at 9 am with the hitch guy arriving at 11am. I called this place and instantly the general manager named Kevin helped me on the phone and offered to attach the hitch himself. I didn’t wait at all for him to take it in and start on it when I arrived. Very happy with my service and this location in general, it was a huge help so can make my move back to Denver :)

The staff is patient and helpful. I felt terrible for the staff dealing with irate customers during the busiest moving time of the month. These ladies didn’t hesitate to take care of everyone like they were VIP. They handled themselves professionally and remained courteous. It was amazing to see this type of customer service does exist.
